Primary focus is to sell Jobsite’s Equipment Rental Services to companies within the construction and industrial services industries.Specific job duties include prospecting for new business opportunities as well as expanding existing customer accounts.Tasks include; -Implementing creative sales strategies-Performing extensive customer needs analysis and site surveys-Optimizing transactions-Meeting with decision makers-Managing large territory of customers and prospects -Continuous booking customer appointments.

• Spearheaded business plan and Chrysler Canada approval presentation as partner in New North Automotive Group resulting in Chrysler approval for dealership agreement and a request by Chrysler management to use New North’s presentation as a template for all future dealer applications.• Created the business plan, marketing plan, financial analysis, competitive intelligence research and goal analysis for New North Automotive group, thus allowing investors an objective snapshot of the business outlook.• Completed business plan for proposed expansion location for Fisher and Company, a high-end retailer in London, ON, which enabled the company to apply for various grants and bank financing.
