For the last 15 years, my mission has been to help people find their drivers, goals, and meaning. My passion is to light the sparkle of insight and power to create change in their lives.I have had thousands of coach sessions, I have lectured and inspired over ten years about communication, leadership, and personal change in Swedish, English, Spanish.I am the founder of the company Leaders and have thereby trained over a thousand managers and leaders in clear and coaching leadership.As a young man, I lived abroad in Latin America. I discovered that the earth is round, that we all have different conditions in our lives, and we all share and have responsibility for this beautiful and wonderful place.- I went on technical education, ended up in the graphic industry for a few years.- Educated me as a journalist and freelance- Left an abuse as a 23-year-old- Work with aid for a few years on land in war.- Developed as a journalist and became a passionate storyteller.- I became a graphic designer.- I worked for many years with design, advertising, and brand development.- Became CEO of advertising and a contracting company in the IT industry- Failed and succeeded in the hard way.- Inherited money from a holy man- I learned more about leadership from my mistakes and successes- I became a father and also found the love of my life.- Read and became a certified integrative coach- Read TA, geeky in psychology, behavioral science, language patterns, among others.- Hopefully engaged in the development of our strange world- Soon to tour in 2020 with the show "No Fucking Idea" a contemporary show and reflection on self-leadership.
