I Was a customer support advisor and had to assist national lottery players with problems such as: helping them with their online accounts; with their direct debit management and any other queries they had about the lottery. After 2 months I was tasked with training incoming customer support advisors as well as being on the helpline. I Was required to answer calls about all Internet and IT related queries, this also involved me trying to sell them a remote virus scan from our office. After a month, I was given the responsibility of training new employees and giving management tips on which ones to hire and which to let go. As well as these duties, I was given the task of remotely accessing the clients PC or Mac from our office and performing a virus scan to ensure them that there was no infection on their machine.
