I have been representing emerging companies and entrepreneurial individuals and helping them achieve their business goals for over 30 years. My clients are passionate about their ideas and driven by a vision of how those ideas can be applied to real-world problems in areas such as software, internet, communications, life science as well as more traditional fields.I assist clients throughout the life cycle of their businesses, from initial formation and seed funding to angel and venture capital financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Along the way I help structure equity-based compensation arrangements, negotiate technology development, licensing and distribution arrangements and provide practical advice on day-to-day legal issues.
