- Spearheaded a neighborhood segmentation project in order to better understand the canoe club's target market. Equipping a non-profit business with limited financial resources with valuable potential customer data.- Collected and mapped out thousands of club members addresses in order to collect demographic information. Determined which demographics were the most similar between existing club members creating the canoe clubs target market.- Identified existing neighborhoods near the canoe club that had similar characteristics to the determined target market and sent out advertisements to those locations.Increased the club membership rate from 2020 to 2021 by 21%.

- Assisted with communication, responding to inquiries in a timely & professional manner, whether in person or via email. Communicating with up to 50 individuals daily.- Worked collaboratively with the lead head coach and other assistant coaches to create and deliver an optimal training program for athletes ranging from 8 - 70 years old. While also helping create a safe and welcoming training/work environment for all.- Developed and implemented a brand-new rental program within the canoe club that now has multiple employees working daily, and brings in thousands of dollars each week.- Oversaw the daily operations of the rental program which included completing tasks such as training and developing the skills of new employees, scheduling employee shifts, managing money, and dealing with customer questions and concerns.

- Worked with a six-member team to complete an in depth analysis of increasing chloride levels inside of the GTAs water catchment areas with a main focus on the increase in parking lots. - A comparison of the manual digitization vs the automatic classification process was performed to gain a better understanding of the pros and cons of both digitization methods.- Consulting work was completed to fulfill the course requirements of GEO 873, Geographic Entrepreneurship and Consulting, in Toronto Metropolitan University's Geographic Analysis program.
