Customer Success Manager
Current- Lead and develop relationships with the top clients at Veriday (RBC US/CAN, CIBC, IPC), key stakeholders & end users by way of weekly and monthly meetings reviewing roadmaps, performance and usage metrics of flagship.
- Conduct customer onboarding, regular business reviews, goal alignment with customers to achieve objectives
- Lead and supported projects ranging in scale ($250-500K+), reporting to the Senior Project Manager, including a digital wealth rebrand for CIBC, migrations of of RBC and CIBC from former platforms to the Digital Agent.
- Work with enterprise client Digital Wealth marketing teams and their advisors on strategic marketing campaigns, product adoption, content creation, collecting feedback & effectively communicating findings back to the.
- Relationship management for new and existing clients
- Utilized JIRA + Zendesk to manage enhancement and change requests, workflow of digital projects
