► Advising/consulting clients reaching a number of more than 85.000 clients in all aspects concerning labour law over the phone, by personal appointment and in writing. ► Revising, negotiating and updating contracts on behalf of the clients.► Educating clients in rules and regulations of Danish labour law and Human Resource related fields and therefore in charge of arranging seminars on behalf of the association.► Providing any client with relevant and up to date knowledge in all aspects of labour law/law of bankruptcy.► Daily management and training of new staff in the department of bankruptcy of the association.► Negotiations and mediation on behalf of the clients. ► Appointed to start up, lead and train new staff in a new department of bankruptcy.► Trouble-shooter; acted as a key employer in relation to taking over and solving cases from other colleagues.

► Responsible for the legal collection department; kept track of all running cases, communicated with the police and the bailiff’s court, collected debts and entered instruments of debts etc.► Carried out daily preliminary meetings with the City Courts and the High Courts on behalf of the associates; ensured that all evidence and witnesses had been brought to the Court's attention.► Implemented a new structure to our department; introducing a more efficient database, which would enable the company to process the cases even faster.

► Prepared legal memorandums in current cases/lawsuits.► Provided all lawyers with relevant information in current cases, including info on convictions as well as important laws and regulations.► Keeping the legal library updated with relevant law material at all times, which meant buying and ordering books, making copies of laws and regulations and updating all loose-leaf systems etc.► Providing lawyers with timely assistance and efficient time-saving legal reports on any chosen legal issue.
