Firstly serving as Customer Service Agent at Teleperformance, which plays a major role in the BPO, and customer care industry. Through the commitment to this role managed to accomplish and exceed monthly KPIs and customer satisfaction score I worked as a Live Feed Data Analyst, helping the InPlay division at Genius Sports, ensuring data integrity by comparison with external sources, and solving any discrepancy found throughout the covering of the sport match in question.At Callbox Inc I served as an Administrative Assistant in the Medellín office, being part of a pioneer team involves outdoing your work and helping out in every field in order to maintain a steady growth for the division, as an Admin assistant i performed the following activities but was not essentially limited to them:• Assisted the HR, recruitment, and administration operations ofCallbox Medellin office.• Assisted production managers to take care of the movement ofemployees, promotion, layoff, transfer, resignation, etc.• In charge to translate materials from English to Spanish and vice versa (Contracts, Email templates, training and recruitment materials, etc.)• Initiated and structured the onboarding and training activities of the Medellín office as indicated by the Company's CEO, parting from indications directed by Iloilo HQ in the Philippines (Onboarding of both bilingual and non-bilingual sales dev reps).As for today I'm currently working as a over-the-phone cEnglish to Spanish medical interpreter through ICC BPO
