I’m a B.S. Software Engineering graduate from Milwaukee School of Engineering with professional experience as a Software Engineer, as well as numerous and diverse, hands-on, team-based project experience. I graduated as a member of the Society of Software Engineers. I have skills in Python, C, C++, C#, Ruby, GitHub, Raspberry Pi, React, JavaScript, Java, ABAP, ERP-SAP, and SQL. At first, I wanted to be a video game developer, but throughout HS, I learned about the wide variety of applications for computer technology. After I participated in a week-long summer program at MSOE, I developed a specific interest in the Software Engineering program.While at Foxconn, I developed experience being part a team and was trusted to teach my co- workers to use certain software tools and programs, some of which I was not familiar with and first needed to teach myself. I worked on SAP Enterprise Resource Planning software to assist production plants and storage locations, as well as materials management.During my time at MSOE, I worked on many projects, but there are two that really stand out to me. The first is where I worked within a team of 4 to improve and repair bugs on MSOE’s ESubmit grading program for the Computer Science department. The ESubmit program is designed so students can submit their coding assignments and the program will then run code and compare the results of the code to expected results of the assignment. Another project I’m proud of was my senior design project, where I worked within a team of 5 to create a web application for First Educational Resources LLC., so they could post conference brochures to save money and be more environmentally friendly.
