- Residential and Commercial construction spanning office suites, body corporate/strata- Assessing and quoting damages at the immediate loss stage- End to end project management across lifecycle of insurance repairs construction up to $500,000 in value averaging 30 - 40 jobs ongoing - Delegating and managing all aspects of repairs, including coordinating and managing trades onsite- Providing ongoing and updated job schedules to insurers and trades- Onsite quality inspections and audits of completed work to ensure building code compliance- End to end project budget management- Negotiating agreed value purchase orders and rates with trades- Providing advice and troubleshooting issues with trades to mitigate risk to project delivery- Engaging customers end to end throughout the project lifecycle including provision of repair schedules, timely updates and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction- Managing permit applications to council and QPS for road closure, pedestrian diversion and crane lifts- Leading, mentoring and providing guidance to Supervisors

End to end management of insurance claims, from the initial scoping stages of the claim through to final completion of the required repair and handover. Managing each critical stage of the process to ensure the Customer's home is brought back to it's pre-loss condition.
