Develop, support, and assume ownership of New Helicopter Completions (NHC), Supplemental Type Certificate (STC), and US Army Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) projects:▹ Design mechanical/electromechanical and structural airframe installations for AHI commercial and military aircraft, including the development of structural configuration, detail, assembly, and installation engineering drawing packages▹ Structurally substantiate mechanical/electromechanical and structural airframe installations in accordance with FAA Airworthiness Standards via preliminary and intermediate stress analysis▹ Provide engineering support during manufacturing, aircraft installation, and troubleshooting/repair▹ Manage individual completion of deliverables to satisfy the project master schedule▹ Provide engineering support to Program Management, Production, Flight Testing, and FAA Certification

▹ Developed multimedia training courses using company machinery documentation to include videos, manuals, presentations, and spreadsheets which emphasized fundamental engineering and lean manufacturing principles▹ Curated engineering data and literature as content into an internal consolidated knowledge sharing website▹ Created spreadsheet automation tools to improve data organization and process efficiency
