Financial Year 15/16 achieved 220% of sales target.

My role within Experian QAS is to work alongside Not for Profit Organizations in the state of Victoria. I help those Not for Profit's to increase donation revenue through enhancing their existing customer database.In my first year with QAS I worked alongside a number of Charities and Membership Organisations very closely to help with various projects and campaigns they were running to help maximize donation revenue. Financial Year 12/13 achieved 105% of sales target.

I worked in the telesales team for three and a half years arranging appointments with businesses for sales reps to present Citation's solution for HR and H&S. After a short period I started working with Citation's Affinity relationship team and spoke with industry specific businesses which included vets, dental and construction based companies.After three and a half years in the telesales team I joined the Inbound sales team dealing with incoming marketing enquiries and recording those leads to help with future marketing. I was also tasked with managing the diaries of 8 Business Development Managers and maximising their diaries on a daily basis.
