As Senior Asset Engineer, I appled my engineering, project management, and leadership expertise to manage workover program in unconventional anadarko basin asset while preparing quarterly financial reports in Aries. I also generated workover and recompletion projects, evaluating economic viability in Aries and validated technical projects by employing DCA, type curve analysis, volumetrics, material balance, and nodal analysis. In addition, I designed and implemented artificial lift changes through well’s life, including beam lift, plunger lift, gas lift, and wellhead compression. Next, I managed budget and asset initiatives to reduce operating expenses while decreasing operating expenses and capital through continual bidding of services. Additionally, I produced asset-level executive reports, tracking operations, operating expenses, and capital spending reports. Moreover, I optimized daily production and reduce operating expenses for more than 200 operated and more than 100 non-operated wells and improved capital program and rate of return of producing assets by identifying and implementing new technologies. I also trained other engineers in fundamental engineering design principles and industry software usage while maintaining and updating detailed well histories and wellbore schematics for operated wells. Finally, I collaborated with foreman, consultants, operators, and pumpers to identify and execute safe workover rig operations, conducted by well reviews, generated cost saving initiatives, and coordinated well intervention programs. My Accomplishments included:• Achieving more than 200 WOs and RCs executed during tenure, resulting in more than $100M net asset value and 1.4 net MMBOE.• Developing hot oil and swab program for paraffin locked wells and stripper wells.• Establishing Jones Energy’s formal workover capital program for the production department.

As Operations Engineer, I managed field production and operations for eight conventional, onshore, and offshore fields in South Louisiana while designing workover and well stimulation projects, including gravel pack RCs, HRWP completions, mud acid jobs, and TTPBs. Moreover, I established workover and recompletion procedures for new drills, sidetracks, workovers, recompletions, and stimulation jobs.My Accomplishments included:• Designing surface and production handling facilities for new drills and water-flood projects.• Overseeing the first-of-its kind CO2 feasibility study for South Louisiana onshore field.

As Reservoir Engineer, I identified reserve and rate-adding development projects for six conventional, offshore South Louisiana stacked pay fields. In addition, I maintained the asset team’s project portfolio, generating quarterly look-back reports in Aries. I also identified unleased acreage tracts and work with land to acquire for exploitation and development. Next, I collaborated with reserve auditors to quantify, justify, and defend reserve additions and revisions for semi-annual reserve report. Additionally, I generated structure, production, and isobaric maps in Petra to identify opportunities with geologists and technical team. I validated oil and gas development projects by applying volumetrics, DCA, material balance, nodal analysis, and simulations and analyzed cased-hole and open-hole logs for project evaluation. Finally, I trained engineering peers in economic evaluation techniques and Aries economic software usage.My Accomplishments included:• Evaluating and identifying projects, resulting in more than 600 net MBOE of produced volume during tenure.• Identifying and booking more than six net MMBOE of reserves.• Designing company's first horizontal, fractured well for offshore South Louisiana low-perm conventional reservoir.• Reinitiating water flood in four South LA reservoirs, resulting in more than 2.5MMBO net booked reserves.

In this role, I managed the company reserve bookings for all onshore and offshore properties with assistance from reserves team. I also produced semi-annual reports, working with external reserve auditing firms. In addition, I evaluated property acquisition and divestitures in Aries, generating economic runs for financial analysis. Next, I prepared SEC regulatory filings for annual reserve report, including FAS 69 reports. Last, I completed impairment analysis with assistance from internal financial reporting department.My Accomplishments included:• Producing internally prepared reserve report in Aries for the bottom 10% of the Hilcorp’s asset base.• Developing a visual basic program, streamlining LOE forecasting in Aries.• Creating more accurate LOE forecasting methodology, resulting in higher net PV for company.

In this role, I compiled production data from state oil and gas reports. I also travelled to RRC headquarters in Austin to collect oil and gas production and marketing reports.
