By collaborating with clients and recruiters, I helped manage the staffing needs of light-industrial manufacturers and warehouses in the Holland and Grand Rapids area. Serving as the point-of-contact for both our clients and working associates, I ensured that clients are receiving the talent they need in a timely manner.

Through collaboration with the account management and sales teams, I developed existing partnerships with universities across the United States. By using a combination of internal leads from consultants and external outreach, I worked to secure client meetings for sales executives to discuss the implementation and expansion of universities' student success technology portfolios.

Through reaching out to alumni and other various community members, I raised funds for various needs of the university. Beyond just raising funds, I worked to ensure that GVSU alumni and community members maintain a positive relationship with the university by providing news and discussing their experiences with the university.

I worked with the marketing team to develop social media posting strategies in order to engage with potential tenants and landlords to increase conversions. Through collaboration with colleagues, I also produced mockups to streamline the user experience on the website. Scheduling meetings between potential tenants and landlords was another core function of the job.
