Current30-50 FTL/FCL shipments per month, 20-30 LCL/LTL shipments per month, 90-120 invoices per month.1. All type of international logistics operations for trade with EU, CIS, UAE:- Shipments planning and management;- Design of all possible routes and backup routes;- Design and building of transportation chains, breaking of transportation chains according to business process request;- Crysis management in changing geopolitical state;- Contracting of forwarding and warehouse services in EU, CIS, UAE;- Direct and indirect purchasing of goods and services for logistics needs;- Direct interaction with governmental instances (auditing and consultation, legislation control)’- tracking and tracing system design and development. 2. Internal management:- design of international logistics department;- drawing up of department processes;- drawing up job descriptions and creating areas of responsibility;- department management; - KPI design according to business process and actual market state;- cross-functional and cross-departmental collaboration;- planning and forecast of business-process developing;- analyses of new projects.3. Logistics costs management:- planning and control of responsible costs for logistics;- calculation of costs, automatization of costs control;- budgeting for responsible areas;- KPI analyses according to actual costs;4. Customs operations and procedures: - Import / export;- Customs free zone operations; - Bonded warehouse operations and reports;- Taxation control;- Trade marks control;- Control of conformity, certification and declaration of conformity;
