Vice President, Clinical Development
Current• Together with senior management, sets the strategic direction for CNS Business Unit• Evaluates progress of CNS Business Unit projects and staff via analysis of utilization, realization, timeline, and financial data• Plans and negotiates resources across CNS Business Unit to better achieve revenue goals and employee retention• Supports Business Development strategies for award and market share growth via capabilities presentations, participation in bid defenses, and networking• Serves as lead in the review and development of proposals for CNS Business Unit and participates in strategy calls • Serves as Customer Relations Executive (CRE) for assigned accounts with focus on customer relationship and quality of service delivery• Actively manages and mentors Director level staff in general team leadership skills, customer management skills, project management skills, internal INCR processes, and for project-specific tasks
