Under a signed NDA:Starting from ground zero, I developed the strategy for launching a B2B product (Enterprise Management System) into the market.-Formulated and tested hypotheses regarding target audiences.-Tested customer acquisition channels.-Presented the product at industry events.-Developed and refined the project's financial model.-Formulated pricing policies and determined the monetization model.-Personally made cold calls to clients, clarifying hypotheses about target audiences and customer problems.-Personally compiled a customer database from various sources according to target audience hypotheses.-Defended changes to the product roadmap based on testing results.-Worked with FRDI trackers.-Interacted with venture capital funds to attract investments, including international ones (Malaysia).

As a co-founder of the startup project:I am a co-author of the project.The Merkata project took second place in the "Mobile Technologies" category at the Skolkovo Startup Competition in November 2015.The Merkata project obtained Skolkovo resident status in April 2016.More than $1 million was raised in round B.In 2018, the company was acquired by a federal mobile operator.

Led the project of merging two major regional retail chains, SPAR Western Siberia and Podsolnukh, in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, specifically:-Actively participated in the Due Diligence procedure immediately before the deal closure and project kickoff.Developed, defended, and successfully implemented the project for integrating the acquired asset, a regional network of retail stores, into the framework of the central holding company within the scheduled timeframe.-Transformed the Podsolnukh store network into the Northern branch of the SPAR Western Siberia company across all functional departments: legal structure, finance and managerial accounting, IT and business processes (Microsoft Axapta), operational department, commercial department, and logistics.-Simultaneously developed and implemented a project management methodology based on PMI standards in the merged company.-Served as the head of the IT department of the integrating company directly until the integration of IT departments at the point of achieving the corresponding milestone in the project.

-Developed and successfully implemented the "Information Technology Development Strategy" under conditions of high uncertainty in the overall company strategy (2007);-Transitioned the department to a service-oriented model of service delivery (ITIL/ITSM, CobiT), reducing the cost component of the budget by 1/3, fully formalized relationships with business divisions through the establishment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and adapted IT staff motivation according to service delivery metrics;-Led the restructuring of the main shareholder's group of legal entities into a full-fledged holding structure within the project team, dealt with the delegation of authority between the managing company and business divisions. Moderated and modernized internal processes, procedures, and relationships between departments;-Selected and implemented the Manhattan ILS warehouse management system in the wholesale company's logistics center, increasing operational efficiency (transitioning from a 2-shift to a 1-shift working day) and enabling entry into the logistics services market for federal retail operators (M.Video);Conducted a complete reengineering of the mobile trading process in the Wholesale Division of the Holding, enabling the receipt, picking, and delivery of orders to customers on the same day;-Repeatedly and effectively optimized the main processes of goods movement and sales in retail and wholesale companies, for example, significantly reducing the time for receiving goods' operational metrics;
