Designing, building and installing custom home bars for clients throughout southern Ontario.

Owner/operator of Cabin Fever, a bar/arcade located in Toronto. I was in charge of all day-to-day operations including Product Ordering, Payroll, Expenses, Customer Service, Account Management. In additional to the day to day tasks of running the bar, I also performed all interior renovations and construction of the physical space.

I managed the service department at the Bloor West location. The duties included diagnosing hardware/software issues, part ordering and installation, and customer service (both in person and over the phone). I was also in charge of the Maintenance of all servers (POS and inventory) and diagnostic equipment.

I started as a specialist at the Yorkdale location. Customer service and product knowledge being paramount within the role. I was promoted to Genius (computer technician) in 2009. Achieved all hardware/software/OS certifications. I transferred to Square One to open a new location in 2009. This location became one of the highest volume markets in the country, so customer service and turn-around time with repairs were imperative to achieving success. I became a mentor within the company in 2011 due to high feedback of NPS (Net Promoter Score)

Contract and Freelance Director/Editor/Animator in Toronto. Focused primarily on television and web-based commercials and music videos for a variety of artists and companies. Deveolped an in-depth knowledge of camera hardware, film, post-production (photoshop, after effects, final cut pro, premiere).
