My name is Alex Kruser. I am a 22 year old serving veteran in the United States Air Force, and I am pursuing a Master's degree in Finance. I completed my undergrad in spring of 2024 and will complete my graduate degree in spring of 2025 through the Applied Security Analysis Program (A.S.A.P) at U.W. Madison. I have a passion for computing and thinking critically about numbers pertaining to money, as well as an enthusiasm for evaluating stocks. At the age of 16, I connected with a financial advisor to buy my first stock, contribute to my retirement, and grow my portfolio. I started working three jobs when I was 15 years old and joined the military when I was 17. I went on my first deployment to the Middle-East in a combat zone one year after high school graduation in 2020. Despite missing two semesters of college for military orders, I completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences in spring of 2022 and a Bachelor of Arts in economics in spring of 2024. I am ambitious to become an independent financial advisor to help clients plan for upcoming expenses, save and grow their portfolio for retirement, preserve wealth, mitigate tax liabilities, and pass wealth on from generation to generation.
