Supply Chain Transformation Analyst
Current• Engage with planning users (demand, production, purchasing), planning data consumers (finance, engineering, logistics, compliance, order entry, customer care, etc.) as well as any function that may impact planning data (sales, engineering, operations, production, purchasing, etc.) • Ensure planning data inputs and outputs are working efficiently and accurately for each user and group. • Analyze current state planning practices, while considering future state business objectives, to plan, coordinate, and implement better planning practices across all locations, including all new acquisitions, product shifts and moves, system implementations, continuous improvement projects, ongoing process changes, issues, and errors, and support all system enhancements, development, updates, and process changes. • Support multiple systems within the organization that each touch planning including ERP Systems, Planning Systems, CRMs.Support Supply Chain Planning Transformation Projects through discovery, analysis, design, testing, training, and post go-live support.• Analyze existing planning capabilities and maturity to evaluate roadmap and action items to improve planning.• Drive planning initiatives to all users to enhance overall planning accuracy, efficiencies, and user experience.• Drive consistent and standardized planning process across the organization.• Establish a level of trust with Planning Users, Leadership, and other key stakeholders in Supply Chain Processes and Planning Systems.
