At Zip, a leading Buy Now, Pay Later solution for consumers, I primarily worked on the checkout product, the product used by the consumer. Along with checkout, I had a heavy focus on integrations with merchants to provide our checkout experience through the merchants’ checkout flow.Technologies include .NET Core 3.1, .NET 6.0, Azure Service Bus, EventStore, GraphQL, multi-service architecture, Microsoft SQL, Vue.js, JWT.Created a new Shopify payments app for merchants to include Zip as a payment option through their Shopify store. This included creating GraphQL callbacks to the merchant’s store for order placement and updates.Implemented a chat functionality using Intercom so merchants can receive assistance through our merchant sigh up flow.Leading junior developers through their onboarding experience and growth within Zip.

Along with engineering our software, I managed and improved the agile software development lifecycle for a team of developers and quality assurance.
