Mixpanel was my most epic and memorable experience as an employee. During my time at Mixpanel, I helped grow the organization from 14 to 65. Initially I focused on recruiting key hires in engineering, then shifted gears and focused on sales recruiting. I worked closely with the founders and all hiring managers, and also helped to implement Greenhouse as our applicant tracking system.

At Jawbone, I managed a small recruiting team, and also focused on recruiting engineers for Jawbone’s UP team. I also led the implementation of Jobvite as our applicant tracking system, and helped to launch the Jawbone careers page. Recruiting for Jawbone’s unique culture was an illuminating experience which I’ve taken with me to new projects.
