Responsible for the operational performance and management of 40+ Technicians and Contractors at the 500 megawatt Cheyenne Ridge wind turbine site. Charged with establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and internal partners in order to deliver on:• The operation, service, and production of 229 2MW turbines.• A culture of excellence (safety focus, structure, work discipline) and continuous improvement.• Site budget, cost center management, and operational efficiency.• Customer account management of a 10-year, $50m service contract.• Management, effectiveness, and efficiency of site assets (vehicles, equipment, tools, office facilities).

MAY 2019 - AUG 2020: Full-Time Student at the U.S, Army Command & General Staff College at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.SEP 2020 - SEP 2021: Active Duty assignment with the U.S. Army Europe Headquarters. Responsible for leading logistics planning teams at the U.S. Army Europe crisis management center to facilitate installation management, classified intelligence surveillance operations, and the coordination of Battalion sized movements (500+ personnel) into, and from, the European theater of operations.

Responsible for managing the talent supply chain which encompasses market analytics, candidate attraction and communication, strategic sourcing, staffing execution at scale, and vendor management.As the Talent Supply Chain Engagement Manager, I owned executing a plan for ensuring the labor supply efficiently meets the business demand by partnering with site finance and operations to build the workforce strategy in our market through analytics and historical data. Applicant attraction and engagement was created through community partnerships, traditional sourcing channels, automated outreach, and the ongoing optimization of the applicant pipeline as core functions of the team.Engaged in opportunities for local partnerships to build Amazon's presence within the community and establish Amazon as the employer of choice. Our operations reach as far south as Campbellsville, KY to Jeffersonville, IN and include five fulfillment centers hiring over 6,000 associates per year; 1,800 in Q4 alone.

Responsible for partnering with the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) organization to ensure awareness and attraction solutions are designed and leveraged to address hiring priorities in the greater Americas region. Explored key motivators and expectations of potential candidates, where to find them, how best to attract them, and then develop strategies around the candidate experience in order for Intel to hire the best and brightest talent in the market.

Managed the workforce capability for over 800 Engineers and Technicians across all manufacturing processes in the leading high-volume manufacturer for the company's core product lines. Owned career development and efficiency programs for both semiconductor fabrication plants collocated on the Ocotillo campus. The results of my efforts led to the proliferation of the first Intel approved secure video capture of the semiconductor manufacturing process, the implementation of a new knowledge transfer repository for the dissemination of IP throughout the launch of a new technology, and the certification of over 300 Technicians on the skill sets of external Field Service Engineers.

Provided direct support to Intel's IT department ranging from continuous tactical engagement with the global help desk to catalog and content management of the internal learning content management system (LCMS). From 2009 to 2012 I engaged in, and led multiple projects impacting the training delivery for 6,000+ IT employees while directing the strategic direction of the $2M central training budget.
