JLCW is a leading professional peer-reviewed publication dedicated to Cyber Law, including security, insurance, legislation, warfare, and related topics. The Journal provides a forum for the open discussion and education of technology, business, legal, and military professionals concerning the legal issues facing businesses and governments arising out of cyber-attacks or acts of cyberwar. A minimum of two hardcopy publications are released per year, which includes scholarships from leading academics and practitioners in the private and public sectors. In addition to the publication, the Journal hosts a yearly symposium, and provides training and resources to Congress and international entities, among others. JLCW’s Editorial Board consists of leaders in the cyber and national security law field.
