Alex has worked on M&A transactions and restructurings across a number of industries including asset management, payments, pharmaceuticals, logistics and industrial goods. Further he has worked with BCG PE and social finance teams for PE funds, family offices and foundations from the US and EMEA. Targets due diligenced as traditional PE or ESG investments include pharma and financial services companies.

Alex joined Lion’s Head in 2013. He specializes in infrastructure finance and emerging capital markets.
