I have a strong background in underwriting, broking, claims, and risk management, which enables me to deliver customized and effective solutions for my clients. I am also passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills with the insurance community, by providing technical training courses to the Chartered Insurance Institute and serving as a board member for the British Insurance Brokers Association (BIBA) SME Advisory Board. Besides insurance, I am committed to making a positive impact in the world, by running Made With Hope, a charity in Tanzania supporting 11 schools and 6,000 children, to use education to break the cycle of poverty. I am also an angel investor and a strategic advisor to several startups, where I leverage my expertise and network to help them grow and scale.
