About Alexander Melle

As software developer I started Mellex IT in late 2007. From mid 2008 I started developing a facility management software for hotels using agile software development techniques. SAMFEX today offers a complete set of tools for engineering and preventive maintenance, housekeeping, energy, service requests and global asset management. SAMFEX is installed hotels in 25 countries over Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia. My experience in the hospitality industry building up central helpdesk infrastructures, software roll-out, hotel openings and off-site datacenters is a great source of knowledge that our current customers benefit from.
