Successfully delivered two “First of a Kind” (FOAK) in the United States (U.S) reactor pressure vessel Water Jet Peening (WJP) Alloy 600 stress mitigation projects, Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) and Callaway Energy Center (CEC), on behalf of Mitsubishi Nuclear Energy Systems (MNES). Onsite Scope of Work included Eddy Current Testing (ECT), WJP eight (8) Reactor Vessel Nozzles (RVNs) and fifty-eight (58) Bottom Mount Nozzle (BMN) inner and outer surfaces. Services performed in accordance with 10CFR50 Appendix B, Criterion IX, "Special Process" requirements.

Provided nuclear reactor services business development consulting services on behalf of ReNuke Services.

Responsible for the development, marketing and delivery of all nuclear and Used Fuel Management related services to include, but not limited to, engineering, plant modification support, QA/QC inspection services, staff augmentation, refueling support, project management, program & procedure development, nuclear fuel dry cask storage services.

Successfully managed Limerick Generating Station's (LGS) 2012 Spent Fuel Loading Campaign (SFLC) and HSM-H Installation project. SFLC consisted of three (3) 61BT canisters achieving all campaign milestones to include schedule, budget, dose reduction, and injury free performance.

Provided DCS subject matter expertise to various utilities specific to Transnuclear NUHOMS (32PTH/61BTH/61BT) and Holtec HI-STORM technologies. Services included project management/coordination, program and procedure development, training, vendor document review, bid specification development, and implementation oversight.

Dry Fuel Storage Services Program/Project ManagerManaged the successfully development of a new product line service, Dry Fuel Storage Services (DFSS), on schedule and under budget utilizing GEHs new product introduction processes. DFSS product line included canister welding and NDE, DFSS training program developed in accordance with INPOs Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) methodology; field delivery equipment procurement and functional testing. Program encompassed Transnuclear, NAC and Holtec technologies. Responsible for communicating product line information to GEH senior and executive management personnel. Global Nuclear Fuel (GNF)/GE-H Global Nuclear Energy Partnership (GNEP)Provided DFS subject matter expertise to various GEH focus groups and business components developing internal synergies improving capabilities and increasing GEHs business offering. Principal collaborator / co-inventor with GNF for the design and development of a proprietary Channel Confinement System for Dry-Storage of BWR Fuel Bundles, Patent No. 8208597 & 8385497. GE-H Reactor Modification Services - Project Manager/EngineerManaged or assisted with reactor modification project preparation and implementation activities to support customers both foreign and domestic to include Brunswick, Pilgrim, Nile Mile and Cofrentes Spain.

Supervised the successfully loading of 60 NAC Universal Multi-Purpose Storage (UMS) canisters with PWR used fuel assemblies and 4 “Greater Than Class C” nuclear waste canisters at Maine Yankee Atomic Nuclear Station. Ancillary duties consisted of procedure development, equipment configuration and startup testing, NRC and internal dry run demonstrations, staff training, and 10CFR 50.59/72.48 licensing reviews.

Successfully managed all control room activities, control room personnel, and overall day-to-day plant operations in compliance with NRC and station regulations during my assigned shift. Ancillary duties include Station Emergency Response Organization (SERO) activation and management, daily station management communications, and 10CFR 50.59 reviews.Additional Operations Department assignments included: Operations (OPS) Department Work Control Supervisor, OPS Scheduling Administrator, Work Order Backlog Reduction Team Co-Supervisor, Unit 1 Fix-it-Now (FIN) Team, and Unit 1 Tagging AuthorityUnit 1 System Evaluation Re-categorization (SERT) Project Lead Successfully managed the abandonment of nonessential Unit 1 plant systems to support plant license termination.

Assisted with the successful development of a computer database consisting of plant equipment Bill of Material (BOM) information utilized by both Maintenance and Procurement departments resulting in improved plant equipment reliability and performance.
