My core duties here are to develop and support CareDirector; an electronic patient record system. I am also a system admin responsible for the data within the system and the development of adult social care forms. On a normal day in this role I could be setting up services or changing pay rates for any of the care providers within a 40-mile radius of the city centre, some services extending past that. I also develop training videos for the organisations end users on all systems i work with.

My main role here was to manage and support information systems by Capita; a system with over 750 active users used by the local authority, Coventry schools and private childminders. I was also responsible for a secure data transfer system. I would provide support to the users and handle any data breaches that occurred dealing with the immediate issues at first point of contact before passing on to information governance.

My day to day job was to provide a personalised and professional service for all nationwide credit card customers as well as protecting their financial data. I performed well here as i acquired an amazing insight to the banking industry and was able to handle and solve any query a customer had. Whilst here i had won various awards for the quality and efficiency of my service and this was voted for by the customers. I then continued to earn awards from the company based on my performance which was measured through KPI targets which I consistently met.
