In my role as a Product Designer in the Retail Department, I made significant contributions to the development of the Banking App for 3+ million private individuals. Some of key achievements include:- Redesigned Product Screen: By revamping the main product screen, I achieved a notable 17% increase in client activation, making the user experience more engaging and effective.- Streamlined Authorization and Onboarding: I led the revamp of the authorization and onboarding process for new and existing clients, reducing the number of taps required by 55%. This optimization enabled clients to start using their cards faster, enhancing overall user satisfaction.- Innovative Promoting Module: I introduced an innovative promoting module in the card order form, which led to an additional product sale for 12.4% of new clients. This successful initiative contributed to increased revenue and customer engagement.- Personal Finance Management Tool: I successfully developed and implemented a personal finance management tool, which resulted in an impressive 10% increase in customer satisfaction rate.- Courier App Development: I fully developed the design and UX of the app for the bank's couriers who deliver cards to customers. This app significantly decreased the time of each meeting with the client by 30%, allowing for more efficient use of time and enabling the bank to have more meetings with clients per day. The app's implementation improved overall service efficiency and customer experience.

Designed digital banking products for corporate clients with the use of full- stack design process from developing ideas to UX research and prototyping. Those interfaces have deep logic, strong status and role models. Also all sorts of presentations, documents designs such as certificates, customer questionnaires for ordering cards, account statements.- Digital Banking UI Revamp: I revamped the user interface of a digital banking service catering to corporate clients, resulting in an impressive 50% increase in the number of digital orders placed for bank certificates and documents. The redesign significantly improved the platform's usability and overall user engagement.- Domestic and International Payments Redesign: I led the redesign of a domestic and international payments platform for B2B clients, achieving a noteworthy 23% increase in monthly active users and a 15% improvement in customer satisfaction scores. The revamped platform provided a more intuitive and user-friendly payment experience, driving higher user adoption and satisfaction.
