Managed all new digital platform initiatives, including mobile redesign of Hyundaiusa.com. Details include:- Production of all digital media content living within new site platforms as well as backend infrastructure development supporting strategic marketing goals.- Managing web content management architecture shift to new Adobe AEM platform.- Building global web shared architecture utilizing new content management platform in close coordination with Global Marketing team.- Development and refinement of ancillary systems including Adobe Analytics integration, business intelligence and data visualization tools, as well as content entry workflows to support ongoing maintenance.

Launched complete web presence to support North American launch of the all-new luxury brand of Genesis vehicles. This was done in parallel of supporting Hyundai digital initiatives. - Site debuted with top 10 score for J.D. Power MWES Winter 2017 cross-device evaluation. - With enhancements, score was raised to 5th among luxury manufacturers and 6th overall for the Summer J.D. Power MWES cross-device website evaluation.

Responsible for all Mazda mobile, tablet and desktop T1 and T2 websites.- Digitally launched 4 vehicles, and manage entire model year update process.- Manage all general front-end maintenance, design/upgrades through creative agency and other vendors, along with back-end maintenance and development through internal IT partners.- Closely involved with digital specific content development as it pertains to usage across multiple channels including corporate website, social media, and online advertising.- Held accountable for performance metrics analysis as reported through Adobe Site Catalyst, and optimizing content and strategy as needed.

- Managed prospect as well as retention related outgoing communication strategies and all associated data/technologies.- Responsibilities Included: Email and direct mail curriculum, creative and timing cadence, development of web based automated CRM processes, and the clean up and maintenance of internal master customer database.

Worked with greater team to manage all aspects of the online presence for Cisco Home. Areas in which I managed were:- SEO/SEM- Analytics- International Coordination and Localization- Agency and Vendor Management

- Provided web, email and social media support for all non-Americas markets including Europe, Emerging/Middle East and Asia.- From Dubai, managed the Cisco Consumer presence at GITEX - the largest CE Trade Show in the emerging markets.- Supported local product launches and successfully increased the number of followers through unique content development on global social media channels.

- Utilized custom content management system implementation maintained by offshore developers managed through my team.- Part of four person team managing and developing ~40 international in-language brand websites, some of which included eCommerce components.
