Digital Specialist at RASHAYS HQ. Roles included:-Management and growth of RASHAYS websites, including driving website improvement, content development and maintenance across multiple sites and systems.-Devise, develop and implement cross channel digital campaigns with a focus on growth, brand awareness and driving conversions. At RASHAYS I am tasked to drive quality improvements using data analysis of systematic issues with general processes or integrated APIs. This includes drafting and maintaining the business and customer requirements for 10+ projects in our organization and align them with functional and technical business requirements. Manage all quality testing for the user experience which resulted in substantial improvement on project launches in 2020. Conceptualized and built the dashboard to present processes and tests through the Jira platform. All tests were conducted within the X-Ray testing platform. Debugging and assisting in improvements for various projects. This includes but is not limited to; -Debugging SQL queries and tables. -Evaluating and debugged JavaScript and C# commits to project gits-Process testing for all projects. -Environment fixes for customer-facing software and APIs. I am also tasked with creating monthly reports for measurable standards that are presented to internal stakeholders. Managed SEO of 5 different domains, bringing improvement to SEO and crawl-ability by search engines by over 400%. Built and managed company website for GUEST GUARD, as well as tasked with maintaining and improving rashays.com, oodee.com.au, and employee management software MyConnect. In charge of launching RASHAYS mobile app to the Apple App Store and Google's Play Store.

Working at RASHAYS subsidiary company: Oodee I built and optimised our e-commerce website including content management, landing page design, and creation. Working with internal stakeholders to ensure web content is up to date and implemented on schedule and without errors. Closely monitor and enhance website performance including SEO, User Experience and accessibility. I also drive brand awareness and website traffic through the execution of organic and paid search, display, affiliate and social campaigns. I assist in the maintenance of social media channels including; developing and executing engaging content, community management, and paid advertising campaign strategies. I also work with external stakeholders for generating digital PR opportunities and driving traffic through meaningful content, this includes managing social influencers and creating collaborative content to build brand awareness. I also analyse and report on digital campaign activity on all channels in a centralised reporting platform to give meaningful and easily interpreted data insights to internal stakeholders. All my digital tasks take into consideration the wider marketing team and overall marketing goals to ensure consistency in all promotional efforts.

Established my own multimedia-based company that involves mainly photography and design. The implementation of both photography and design packages allows business owners to get the benefit of multimedia design, and product photography under the one package. As well as this the company runs as a standard photography company, doing weddings, events and parties. Through the founding of this company I have gained many business skills such as budgeting, project management, employment strategies that lighten workload, market research and competitive sales. We started our business in the spring of 2019, just as Australia’s bushfire season began to take off. I had asthma and dust allergies from the fires and found it hard to breathe during this time. We couldn’t find anything suitable on the Australian market for a bit of protection from the smoke, so we started bringing in masks from overseas and voila - OxyArmour was born.Nowadays, we are sewing our LOCKDOWN edition masks by hand in Sydney, Australia. Our focus is on getting comfortable and stylish masks into the hands of our awesome customers at an affordable price. Since we make them ourselves in custom batches, we ship our masks out ASAP - no waiting for stock to come in from China. I worked for a web development agency that would promote various nightclubs and bars, there services to the bars would be free, but the site itself gained a higher traffic rating through optimised SEO and content generation. This site quickly became a great advertising opportunity for any business seeking to reach a niche market of young fun-loving adults. When the site was expanded and started including photographs at these bars and nightclubs i was employed as the first photographer for this new expansion and assisted significantly in the success of the development in the website.
