- Finance Manager leading Variable Cost Consolidation for the US Fulfillment Network ($8B Annual Budget)- Responsible for calculating the impact of the $15/hour minimum wage change for the entire US network.

- Finance Manager responsible for supporting the Worldwide Compliance and Sustainability Group for Amazon (HS3C).- Responsible for Wind Farm and Solar Rooftop financial models.- Part of the team that helped Amazon be the #1 procurer of Renewable Energy in 2016.

- Finance Business Partner for the Worldwide Engineering group.- Responsible for robotics financials and CAPEX cost/benefit analyses within fulfillment center design.- Managed Capital Templates for all worldwide fulfillment center designs utilizing comprehensive discounted cash flows and net present value (NPV) analyses. - Managed the design and implementation of a new salesforce.com instance which serves as the main project management tool for the WW Engineering group.

- Managed $100M in assets for the Constructions Products Division, consisting of 700+ pieces of equipment across New, Used Inventory and Rental Fleets.- Accountable for the Construction Products S&OP cycle, including annual planning, demand and supply forecasting.- Responsible to gain monthly executive level approval for $2 – 15M inventory orders; accountable for impactful reporting.- Created demand and supply forecast for a rolling 18 month period, resulting in the procurement of $100M of new equipment.- Developed analytics to optimize $50M rental fleet based of Financial & Time Utilization and Acquisition Cost which resulted in a profitable rental fleet and acceptable levels of ROA. - Responsible for creating monthly board meeting reports including market share analysis, Rental Fleet financial health and variance analysis to P&L forecast.- Managed a team of 6 with responsibilities for all sales support activities including quoting, invoicing and merchandising support.

- Managed a team of supply chain engineers who interfaced between Navistar’s Logistics and Purchasing groups targeting total landed cost savings projects throughout the entire supply chain. - Worked in Category Management Teams to reduce total landed cost of major components (i.e. Interior Trim, Exterior Fiberglass). -Collaborated with purchasing groups to perform supplier reviews, focusing on supply chain improvements ranging from packaging density, shipping mode and frequency and footprint optimization.- Forecasted cost savings projects across several Category Management Teams and provided monthly root cause analysis.- Facilitated process improvement through several Value Stream Mapping sessions and Kaizen events, acting as a Lean Manufacturing ambassador, helping to spread Lean Manufacturing throughout Navistar- Worked in conjunction with the Accounting and Finance Departments to create detailed summaries, segmenting Logistics spend across 35 commodity types and developed 2013 savings targets.

- Acted as project manager and analyst for Navistar 4PL account, proactively working with current tier-1 suppliers on footprint optimization in alignment with operations, particularly Mexico and Texas. - Created multiple business cases with detailed backup material needed to justify any Navistar project funding. Each business case included different scenarios based on the end users requirements- Created methodology to track and validate savings associated with each supplier relocation.- Performed Ad Hoc financial and logistics analysis that aided the Navistar purchasing group to make timely decisions in critical situations- Demonstrated project management excellence through creation of project plans, action items, strategic vision, project management tools, and dashboards to bring project to a successful completion.• Partnered in developing and facilitating Finance focused training module that increased participant’s knowledge in application of financial principles to their projects.

- Lead Engineer on the Medium Wheel Loader assembly line consolidation and transformation project. - Responsible for the procurement of $7.5 million in assets including material conveyors, DC torque tooling, custom build fixtures, test and fill equipment, robotic manipulators and facility modifications. - Collaborated with operations, accounting and design groups to develop a series of cash flow analyses and resulting capital projects. - Developed request for quote for a $16 million turnkey integration of a new assembly line, fully supported with Scope of Work and Acceptance Criteria resulting in a 4% variation between quotes.- Effectively communicated recommendations on key decisions to upper management for approval. - Facilitated the decision making process by utilizing the Pugh Matrix tool.

- Maintained assembly documentation for 5 models of wheel loader on one assembly line staffed by 60 workers on two shifts. - Responsible for all continuous improvement activities related to the assembly line. - Key member of 6 Rapid Improvement Workshops (Kaizen Events). - Responsible for the creation of all assembly procedures for a new model of wheel loader. - Coordinated bill of materials with Tier 1 suppliers to ensure proper assembly of key components. - Created and maintained Process Failure Modes Effect Analysis (PFMEA).
