Paper is patient, character is unique - and something not capable of being bound to a message board or a letter. Everybody is chasing her/his dreams but only by empowering the people around us are we capable of reaching them together.I'm a result driven, highly organized team-player that thrives facing new challenges and uncertainties. I'm used to highly bureaucratic fields of work having served in the German Air-Force for 12 years as well as the "chaotic" (highly fluctuating and situational awareness driven) life of event-management with all it's stakeholders and parties involved.With an open mind we're able to learn something no matter where we are or what we do. If we read Alan Watts about the "way of zen" to understand different views of inner peace, Anna Bernasek about "all you can pay" to rethink what we learned in economics or Gopi Kallayil about "the internet to the inner-net" to find the connection between our inner peace and our modern tech driven world - growing requires to be open to change and reflect upon other views/ideas, even if they sound alien at first, while keeping our personal bias out. There's something to be learned everywhere.Specialties: Personal/Leadership Training/Development, project/event management, building and leading teams, change management, integration/negotiation of/between diverse cultural/religious backgrounds with high stress tolerance and love to travel (if integrated/compensated right travel requirements up to 75% are seen as a bonus, not a negative side of the job).What's important for me outside of work? My Family and Friends, traveling with my camera, food in every flavor (preparing or just trying out something new) and always trying finding something new to learn / to grow my personal horizon.
