CurrentFull-Cycle Recruitment• Drafting and post job ads, attracting talent through effective sourcing strategies, conducting pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidate fit, and negotiating job offers. • Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, engaging, and aligned with the studio's standards for excellence and inclusivity. • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new team members, setting the foundation for their success right from the start. Talent Pipeline Development• Build and nurture talent pipelines, securing a continuous flow of qualified candidates ready to fill future roles within the studio. This involves sourcing, attracting, and maintaining connections with potential talent across multiple platforms and strategies, ensuring they remain enthusiastic and well-informed about career opportunities with our studio. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in recruitment efforts to foster a more inclusive workplace. Departmental Strategy• Participate in departmental strategy meetings to comprehend business objectives and align People + Culture strategies with a focus on recruitment and career development. Role Descriptions• In close collaboration with managers and leadership, develop and maintain role descriptions and competency frameworks ensuring all studio members have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and the skills essential for their success. Stakeholder Communication• Proactively initiate and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment of project objectives and creative vision. • Facilitate ongoing dialogue to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback in a timely manner, empowering stakeholders with the information needed to guide project direction and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
