Ensured two primary precincts and five general election precincts operated smoothly and reported vote totals successfully. Responded rapidly to on-site issues for my precincts and provided remote support to colleagues serving other precincts throughout the day. Interfaced with town election officials and local police to ensure safe transmission and reporting of vote tallies to RI BoE Headquarters.

- Organized and led two youth mission/service trips to Arizona (Navajo Nation) and Portland, ME (refugee community/homeless ministries).- Organized and co-led a “Visioning Retreat" for establishing goals and a vision for revitalizing the church’s ministries to children and youth.- Undertook a significant revision and formalization of the congregation's "safe church" policies and procedures for protecting children, youth, and volunteers.

- Re-established a languishing music program for twice daily worship services.- Invented unique liturgical patterns to take advantage of camp’s outdoor setting.- Acted as a liaison between camp staff and visiting clergy from the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts.- Planned yearly Bible Study curriculum for campers in collaboration with Camp Director and Diocesan Director of Youth Ministries- Recorded, edited, produced, and distributed three “live” albums of camp music for promoting the camp’s ministry.- Led camp groups through ropes/challenge courses to help build team cohesion and leadership.- Guided overnight wilderness adventure groups (including by canoe and backpacking).- Co-led Counselor-in-Training program for 9th grade students.- Assisted with Emergency Response procedures, including coordination with first responders and transportation to/from hospital when necessary.- Functioned as “acting director” when both director and assistant director were off-site.
