- Responsible for assisting the President, and VP in planning, organizing and producing all branding, marketing, and advertising initiatives- Over the past 25 years created the H2Flow brand and implemented branding in all aspects of the businessCreated channels to support/assist sales and the sales process with targeted websites, micro-websites, social media content and videos, 3D printed models, advertisements in industry publications, created customized literature, tradeshow booths, 3D animations, photography, video, drone, video production, video post-production, custom company apparel, accessories, awards- Scouted and built a small team which were hired for contract work creating 2 websites which over the years have turned into 7 websites all of which are multilingual with custom backends and security- Built my own 3D animation and post production team which produced 16 videos for H2Flow Sales- Plan and execute all aspects of tradeshow preparation and facilitate whatever is needed for the tradeshows and sales for sales personal attending- Manage inventory of all tradeshow booths and banner stands including design, scheduling, and distribution- Execute all photography, drone, video shoots, and post production- Use photography to design marketing collateral (brochures, advertisements, tradeshow booths)- Use video to edit and create company and project videos for website and social media- Develop with the President strategic advertising plans and execute selected strategies across all magazine, publications, social media channels with customized campaigns and communications - Work closely with the President on improving market and industry exposure whether at tradeshows, sales presentations, online presence, customized marketing to assist sales in sales opportunities- President decides which direction the company will go and I work on updating all marketing/advertising collateral with latest changes and technologies we represented and solutions offered
