Current- Thoroughly investigate claims for potential unemployment fraud activities and aspects.
- Enforce Unemployment and Compensation and Temporary Disability Benefits laws.
- Knowledge of the complex tax laws, judicial precedents, and administrative regulations.
- Make factual determinations when investigating fraud and produce detailed reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Generate and submit reports to recuperate funds that were taken from the criminal persons with the proven ability to recoup over $800k in 6 months from the claims.
