Current• Thoroughly investigate claims for potential unemployment fraud activities and aspects. • Enforce Unemployment and Compensation and Temporary Disability Benefits laws. • Knowledge of the complex tax laws, judicial precedents, and administrative regulations. • Make factual determinations when investigating fraud and produce detailed reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.• Generate and submit reports to recuperate funds that were taken from the criminal persons with the proven ability to recoup over $800k in 6 months from the claims.
