I remember when I was 17 years old and started working as an intern for BASF, that was my biggest accomplishment at that time, a big change for me, and the starting point of my career. Since then, I have faced a lot of challenges in my work life and I have always loved to go after them. My interest for Supply Chain Management started during the beginning of my college years and I always fell attracted towards the beer sector; I was very fortunate to be able to put those two passions together in practice during my first job, right before I finished college, which helped me gather the experience I have today. My skills and preferences led me to my studies in Business Analytics and Decision Support Systems (optimization, simulation and risk analysis) which I have applied to Supply Chain. I am also passionate about research, so during my systems engineer college education, I led a research and development team for Microsoft's "Imagine Cup" competition. It was the first time that Universidad de Lima participated in this competition. It is very rewarding to see my footprint which I have accomplished via strong commitment, hard work, and teamwork.
