My background is in leading the successful delivery of technology and business transformation projects for companies of all sizes. I have been working in technology focused roles since 2013, and for the last 5 years I have specialised in the delivery of projects focused on data, analytics and machine learning. I have an inherent desire to understand how patterns affect one another and believe in a holistic approach to decision making. I arm myself with data and combine with business intuition and emotional intelligence to make informed decisions about a situation or hypothesis.I am energised by the process of problem solving and set the pace for my teams through my enthusiasm. But rather than setting out alone, I believe that the team is stronger than any one individual. I endeavour to create collaborative environments where each person has a chance to contribute, and strive for consensus and support in order to progress as a unit.Perhaps most importantly, I cannot quite escape my conviction that work can be fun and that no matter what the setbacks, we must never lose our sense of humour.
