This includes developing methods and materials for engaging and training all clients, creating media and determining channels for delivery, establishing data capture and management strategy, and ongoing system enhancements via efficient feedback channels.Oversaw the Account Management (“Customer Success”) team, developing automated sequences with supportive content that moved clients along the continuum to become Full Suite users. Established an employee performance and interview evaluation methodology supported by an efficient data management system. Created, produced and acted in training and marketing materials to support new product rollouts, and other marketing, advertising and partnership campaigns.
