Alexander has been a standout leader in both the educational and healthcare space for over 10 years. As the Manager of Training & Development for CrisisGo, he is responsible for the organization’s strategy, methodology and content for all training, partnership and engagement programs. Prior to CrisisGo, Alex served as the East Coast Regional Manager for Essia Health. In this role, he was responsible for the leadership and development of the field management team, as well as the overall performance for all accounts east of the Mississippi. Through creative solutions and an extraordinary ability to motivate others, Alexander cultivated a team that successfully supported a startup attaining profitability.While serving as the intermediary between the executive leadership team and his field management team, he successfully created, developed and implemented many of the core processes for the organization, including: employee preparation, business development, ongoing employee and account management, recruitment and retention strategies, etc. He has a limitless capacity to lead others, possessing a rare ability to serve as the face of an organization, while maintaining the foresight and skill set required to create and automate processes. Alex graduated with a dynamic Liberal Arts curriculum from Eastern Illinois University, and completed his Masters work at Washington University in St Louis.
