As a technical support specialist, I have developed and demonstrated my skills in computer networking, troubleshooting, and communication. I have a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Universitas Sanata Dharma, where I learned the fundamentals of network design, security, and management.For four and a half years, I worked as a technical support specialist at Moka, a leading fintech company that provides point-of-sale solutions for small and medium businesses. I was responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to customers and internal teams, resolving network issues, and ensuring smooth and optimal performance of the systems. I contributed to the customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, as well as the efficiency and productivity of the company.
