Managing the margin & cash by global product portfolio management & mix optimization, product innovations & new value propositions, margin-volume-pricing-cost and business planning for both OEM and Aftersales channels.Marketing services for all Conventional Automotive lamps include Homologation, (Customer) Documentation, Project Mgt, Business Creation processes and Business Analytics & Forecasting.

Responsible for the Product Marketing management of Halogen Automotive lamps at Philips Lighting; managing the global product portfolio in terms of Portfolio mix, product innovations, value propositions, margin-volume-pricing-cost, business planning for both OEM and Aftersales channels.

Responsible for managing the Volumes, setting the right Pricing and improving the profitability for the complete portfolio of the Business Unit Automotive Lamps globally and all outsourced Lamps from BU Mobility.
