*Unable to explicitly disclose client name due to NDA- I was responsible for developing and deploying a mathematical predictive model capable of predicting future energy consumption and associated emissions, for the organization’s worldwide production facilities.- The forecasting model is currently used as one of the main tools to set their annual emissions and energy consumption targets. Moreover, the model is the among main pillars in determining how many REC’s (Renewable Energy Certificates) the organization should purchase each year to stay carbon neutral YoY.- I was responsible for managing all aspects of the project including contract negotiations and budget allocation for each phase of the project.- Fully automated data cleaning, data processing, setting up a complete ETL-process using m-code and Microsoft Services Data Flows, saving the end-users 4 full days of work a month and eliminating manual update tasks highly prone to human error. - Implemented interactive dashboards allowing high-level management to explore different scenarios of how the organization’s future emissions would be affected if certain sustainability projects failed, were scaled down, or faced delays. Moreover, it allowed management to advance sustainability projects in-house through data-driven storytelling.

Micross produces custom DC-DC power supplies for satellites along with a number of other space aviation applications. I was responsible for two work streams:- Firstly, the mechanical design of the units: the chassis, test equipment and all accompanying documentation. Secondly carrying all FEA simulations in order to validate the design for real world testing. This included PSD analysis, transient response and harmonic response.- On several projects I was responsible for setting the parameters for the real-world mechanical testing procedures at the organizations testing facilities in the United States.- My role later pivoted, and I started serving as a technical advisor to the organization while also onboarding and supporting two new in-house consultants.

Capres is a DTU spin-off that develops specialized probing technology for monitoring sheet resistance, Hall mobility, and active carrier density in thin films and semiconductors.- Conducted root cause analysis of probe alignment issues at micrometer level, likely caused by interactions with certain transition metals.- Carried out meta-analysis reviewing more than 18 scientific research articles and interviewed researchers at AU and DTU along with leading members of industry.- Produced scientific report summarizing findings which conclusively ruled out several of the original suspected root causes allowing the group make meaningful design updates.- Laid out roadmap for switching to a polymer-based design and how to use ceramic-like coatings to overcome surface chemistry interactions.

Technical lead for a team of 3 mech. engineers tasked with significantly reducing the cost of major production equipment used in the food and chemical industry.- I co-hosted and facilitated a workshop with 20+ participants from the client, in roles ranging from sales to fluid dynamicists, allowing all domain experts to provide valuable input.- My team fully reviewed the mechanical design and production methods, delivering a complete design catalog with 3D CAD models and production drawings to implement the suggested design updates.- Achieved potential cost reductions of 17%+ per unit, leading the customer to request two additional re-designs with our team for other items in their portfolio.

During this period, I was responsible for conducting, more than 400 individual talks and science shows as well as hosting and organizing numerous workshops for private companies like Net Company, Danske Bank and Arla.o Experiment and system design: we designed and developed custom experimental setups and electronic devices in collaboration with AU’s machinist and electronics departments.
