Finally, being promoted to one of 2 Junior Partners for our store was a great honor. I joined our executive staff that would meet weekly to discuss overall budgets for both store as well as progress on goals and projects, to allow input and insight from many different perspectives. Following, I also had to learn to be able to speak from my own experiences and knowledge into many different areas and really given my team the reigns to grow and develop a team of their own.

In April of 2022, I was transferred over from our more community based store on Memorial Boulevard to our interstate location on Old Fort Parkway. Here I was given control over the whole Front of House. This role was a real test of everything I had learned up to that point. I was given a lot of control and permission to knowledge that I could learn how to affect and create real change. Here, I also and most importantly learned what it meant to really see the business from an outside perspective and how to really take a step back and learn how to trust and build a team that can carry on longer after you are gone. Later on, I was super excited to be allowed to move back to my favorite area, the Drive thru. I was given the role of Drive Thru Director where I was able to take all the previous knowledge I had gained from being a shift leader in this area for years, and I was able to finally make some real change and grow the team to really impact our sales. In May of 2021, I joined our Leadership Development program which allowed me more opportunities to learn more about our business. Here I was given a chance to step up to take over our Front Counter team as our Hospitality Director. In this role, I learned how to take the day to day data and really start to pin point what issues we were experincing and how I can teach the team to move passed them.

After 3 months, I was given the opportunity to step into a Shift Leader role in our Drive-thru. I was in charge of certain shifts each day to ensure systems and processes were always being followed as well as continuing to grow our company culture.

Here I gained my first job and worked at our Old Fort Parkway location until we opened our second store and was transferred to our Memorial Boulevard location where I received our Impact Award within my first month of being a part of the team.
