I was responsible for the development of the new initiatives within Publicis Media (Publicis Groupe) in Russia. That included the re-launch of the Performics agency at 2016 and the launch of Data Sciences Practice at 2018. When launching Data Sciences Practice my duty was to build a team of tech specialists (including data scientists, analysts and developers - more than 60 people) to provide a list of services of data-based products. The new team was combined from both internal and external (new hires) employees and the model of the internal collaboration was developed. The practice had gained both local and global recognition within the Groupe with the development of the new data and tech products including data collection and visualization, modelling, image recognition and software development.During my work at Performics I was responsible for the integration of the several internal performance-marketing teams within the Groupe and for the collaboration with the Performics Global network. With my participation, Performics had became the center of expertise for performance-marketing activities for the clients of Publicis with the growing revenues, new products and its own leadership team.

When joined the team as a Head of Mobile Advertising with the specific background experience in Mobile, my first stage at Mail.ru was dedicated to the re-launch of ad products portfolio for handheld devices. When that part was put on rails and money flow had been initiated, I was promoted to the position of Advertising Product Director. Further activity included development and introduction of the set of new ad products to the market, including video adverting and precise targeting options with data science oriented approach in close collaboration with adtech team.

There was a time when you needed to create ad inventory first to sell mobile adverting, having a belief in the bright future of the media. With my connections and knowledge of the market, very first mobile versions of several sites were created (incl. Sports.ru and Gazeta.ru) and ad placement was proposed to the leading Ad Agencies on the market.

Constantly growing ad budgets of those clients, I was responsible for (or just sitting on that rising wave of internet advertising), I had taken everything I could from this work experience - from internet advertising itself and technologies behind one, to the market knowledge and connections, to time management skills (confirmed with two in a row annual internal awards) and to my own reputation as a digital advertising specialist.

Seeing myself as a copywriter, first, then found my way up at Proximity Agency as the center of new internet advertising expertise. First ad campaigns were carried out at that time, when there were fixed placement of 468x60 banner with no targeting options and media-plan file were about three to five rows, including budget line.
