When I was 20, I walked to the end of the world. Not metaphorically – I literally walked more than 200 miles on the Camino de Santiago to see Kap Finisterre, formerly known as “the end of the world”.While I was walking, I thought about quitting every day and fantasized about thousands of alternatives to spend my summer holidays any better. But despite the blazing heat of August in Spain, the shadowless Cantabrian Mountains of Leon, physical and mental fatigue, and my euphoric fantasies about a single day of laziness at the beach, I kept going. I’m this kind of person. Once I decide to achieve something, I will put up any necessary effort to make it happen.This story is an exact metaphor of how I handle challenges. As CEO I have to face many issues at the operational business and set strategic decisions for the development of my company. This exciting position requires not only a lot of work, but also a chronical situation of time shortage, which has to be handled carefully.
