Currently I specialize in the home service industry but have extensive experience in working with many different industries. ASG Racing is a small race team based out of Valencia, Ca. We offer on and off track coaching, tuning services, and will soon host arrive and drive opportunities. Championship winning driver, experienced in race team management and operations. Handled logistics, transport and full race team prep.Most recently was under contract as a driver and Race Team Manager. Representing Merlin Karts on the west coast sold by Cat Kart Racing. Taking the Merlin LM30 Tru Tech powered IAME X30 to three consecutive championships before terminating the contract in 2021. ASG Racing was founded in 2010 and has competed in SKUSA ProKart, Los Angeles Karting Championship, International Karting Federation, Tri-C Karters and F100. ASGR has done work with NLA, Factory Effex, Pitts Performance, DR Kart, FTK and MMK, RLV, Merlin FMS, and Cat Kart Racing.

Assistant Manager at 400+ unit luxury property in the Warner Center. Responsible for maintaining a stable growth in Return on Investment. Managing revenue margins and finding the appropriate channels for marketing our units to the market in an extremely saturated and competitive market. All the while enforcing a strict resident approval process to reduce fraud within application process.

Primarily responsible for the delinquency of the property. Collections, Evictions, in addition to any resident concerns and complaints. Also supports the leasing staff with leases and tours of the property. Required to approve all leasing files to make sure the proper steps have been taken to assure applicant meets our qualifying guidelines.

Participated in the lease up of a brand new mid rise property just north of USC. West 27th place was a property marketed and run with USC students in mind. While Asst. Manager there maintained a delinquency percentage of <.05% for my entire time there. Delinquency percentage took a hit upon my departure.Traveled to multiple properties from California, to Texas, to Illinois to assist in properties that needed to improve in occupancy or delinquency. Finished my time with Peak by helping lead a team to work through a building takeover from Campus apts. University Gateway had the most beds and apartments for student housing near USC. I did all new hire interviews, paperwork, and associated actions, as well as acquisition training for all new Peak employees.

TRP manufactured a full line of karting equipment from gloves to shoes, helmets, neck collars, rib-vests, mechanic gloves and karting jackets. We also began to manufacture auto racing, nomex flame retardant equipment. TRP also developed one of the first carbon fiber helmets in the karting market. Created markets in Mexico, Argentina, Spain and Australia along with multiple locations within the United States. Company was bought out of contract and TRP went out of business.
