Create conceptual well designs in support of the field development plans to ensure cost effective development of oil and gas reserves on “LUN-A” offshore production platform- Prepare concept well designs for future extended reach (ERD) and big bore gas/oil wells, which includes, but not limited to: - Trajectory design and anti-collision analysis - Casing design and tubular selection - Torque & Drag and hydraulics optimization - Time and cost estimation- Carry out well design projects through all stages of Global Well Delivery Process up to “Execution” phase- Capture, initiate & implement new technologies and innovative techniques to meet well’s objectives, while maintaining cost effectiveness- Prepare well’s AFE and contribute into long term budget planning- Contribute into drilling sequence planning- Provide inputs in detailed drilling/completion programs- Participate in tenders and contract negotiations

Planning and executing drilling operations on “LUN-A” offshore production platform.- Prepare drilling programs for extended reach (ERD) and big bore gas/oil wells- Provide engineering support throughout entire “Well Execution” phase- Planning and ordering materials and long lead items in SAP system- Coordinate logistics and personnel mobilization- Capture lessons learned and optimize drilling performance- Participating in tenders and contract negotiations- Working with Russian regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local regulations

In charge for development of well design documentation for exploration and appraisal wells- Coordinate work of engineering team for preparation of separate parts of well design documentation- Interact with experts from Schlumberger and other companies in order to select the optimum drilling, evaluation and completion technologies- Prepare detailed well design in accordance with Russian and Schlumberger engineering standards- Perform rig selection according to the well design- Perform risk analysis, prepare risk pot and risk register- Perform time analysis and cost estimations, prepare AFE- Interact with Client and Russian Regulatory agencies (Russian Main State Expertise) to approve well design documentation

In charge of supervising and coordination of Schlumberger segments and contractors work on semi-submersible rig during drilling, completion and testing of exploration well- Perform operations planning for the group of integrated services, agree operations plan with Customer representative on the rig- Coordinate transportation of personnel and equipment, prepare equipment inventory, prepare and agree mobilization/demobilization requests- Perform preparatory works and rig inspections to prepare equipment layout and rig up schemes. - Ensure equipment readiness and availability of required documentation, perform pre-job safety meetings- HSE and Quality control of job execution- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, sign job tickets with Customer representative, negotiate controversial issues- Prepare daily and monthly progress reports for integrated services- Prepare “End Of Well Report”

Engineering support of several drilling rigs while drilling and completion of horizontal production wells, drilled on lump sum basis- Supervise preparation of well programs, review and approve contractors operation plans- Agree and approve well programs with Customer- Review and quality control of daily and monthly progress reporting- HSE and Quality control of job execution, sign job tickets- Participate in daily operations meeting in Client’s office- Perform Quality and HSE audits and inspections- Perform investigations of Quality and HSE accidents- Cost monitoring, performance analysis and optimization of drilling process

Engineering support of drilling rig while drilling and completion of horizontal production wells, drilled on lump sum basis- Perform well design and prepare well programs- Monitor execution of well program- Prepare daily and monthly progress reports- Prepare amendments to drilling programs and emergency operation plans in case of unplanned work- Prepare job requests and monitor equipment / personnel transportation- Prepare cost estimations and perform cost monitoring- Prepare End of well reports

Working on rigsite as Assistant Wellsite Supervisor. - Supervise and coordinate wellsite operations according to well program- HSE and Quality control of job execution - Prepare daily drilling reports- Prepare equipment inventory- Prepare job requests and monitor equipment / personnel transportation - Perform engineering calculations of drilling parameters
