North America Services Operations- Calculated, validated, and communicated monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts- Directly supported services and project managers from seven regions (North America Public Sector and Commercial)- Trained, advised, and assisted all North America Services users on business systems of record including Oracle, Business Intelligence, Salesforce, and Professional Services Automation (PSA); served as subject matter expert to develop, build, and improve functional tools to enable key stakeholders and end users

82nd Airborne Division Sustainment Brigade: Managed, utilized, and accounted for entire unit’s budget. Planned, programmed, budgeted, and executed financial transactions in support of worldwide operations.

Alpha Detachment, 82nd Financial Management Support Unit (FMSU): Led, trained, and mentored 60 Paratroopers responsible for providing financial management support across four organizations in NC and VA. Served as an integral role in the eighteen-hour deployment of 800 Paratroopers as part of the Global Response Force (GRF).

3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne): Managed, utilized, and accounted for entire unit’s budget. Planned, programmed, budgeted, and executed financial transactions in support of worldwide, clandestine operations.

18th Financial Management Support Center: Reconciled and audited unliquidated obligations; affected recoupment, savings, and reduction in support of the closeout of Operation New Dawn campaign (Iraq)

Studied and practiced Principled Negotiation (Fisher and Ury). Developed and exercised simulations for following classes to use during final assessment.

Developed and employed best practices for the employee resource group VetNet to focus on the effective recruitment and retention of junior military officers
